MLT convection is adopted, with options as to emulate CESAM configurations (drastic drop), so two new parameters are included in the “inlist” file. In our case, MESA(alpha) = 0.5 (see MESA website for explanation on overshoot parameters ).

This research is part of the TFM's work by Jesús Uribe (VIU) to be delivered by April 2017.
We will construct a grid of models (see table below) in order to reasonably reproduce Suárez et al. (2014) results regarding the relation between Dnu and mean density. Oscillations will be computed with RGraCo (adiabatic). The complete set of models will be uploaded to TOUCAN as a new DC with the name <fc #4682b4>af.pms-tams@iaa</fc>. Details of the construction of the grid of models are updated in the computation page.
This work intends to study in detail some Pleiades stars observed with the Kepler satellite. In particular we will study the periodicities found in their oscillation spectrum and contrast with a large Data Collection of asteroseisimic models through the TOUCAN portal.
